THE CHALLENGE
The My Fitness 8 Week Challenge is specifically designed to transform your body! With our unique fat burning workouts and professionally formulated nutrition plan, your dream body has never been this easy to achieve.

The specialized My Fitness workouts use a combination of many different training techniques, including and not limited to: Cross-Training, HIIT, Functional Training, Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon), Active Recovery, Strength Training, Aerobic Training, and Flexibility. The way these techniques are carefully structured in each session, is where the magic is! This makes the My Fitness Challenge target and burn more fat while toning muscle twice as fast as anything you’ve done before.
WHAT THE CHALLENGE INCLUDES:

​ - 16 x 45min Group Training Sessions (2 x a week for 8 weeks)

How It Works: At the start of the challenge there will be an assessment. You will train for 8 weeks, after which we will perform another assessment (at the end of the challenge). THE BEST RESULT WINS (Male and female categories)!!

Whilst this is a group training service, I will provide individual attention, as I understand everyone is unique. I will assist in the classes to modify exercises to suit your capabilities, and to help you improve over time so you can dominate future classes!
