Hi, I'm GRANT
Health and Fitness Professional with 12 years' experience in the industry.

When I started this awesome career that I am so passionate about, I worked as a personal trainer in an exclusive private facility for 5 years. I then went on to follow my dream of opening a personal and group functional training facility called LIVEFIT which is still going strong in South Africa after having been sold by me in 2017.
